CANCELLATION POLICY
- Order can not be cancelled , it can only be replaced
- Replacement will be done at the store & not by online .
- Price tag & Bar Code should not be damaged / removed.
- Product should not be damaged / spoiled.
- Should be exchanged within 7 days of the date of invoice.
- Invoice should be presented at the time of exchange.
- Goods once sold can be exchanged but not returned.
- Cash will not be returned in case of exchange.
- A credit note will be issued.
- Product purchased in “SALE” can be exchanged only on next day of purchase.
Repairing Policy
- Product given for repair/replacement will be returned within maximum 10 days.
- Product covered under vendor warranty will be repaired/replaced as per the warranty terms.
- Product not covered under warranty will be repaired on chargeable basis or free to the extent it is feasible.
- In case of any delay in repairing/replacement from the period mentioned above, customer can raise a complain at customercare@pnpind.com
- A goods receipt note will be given at the time of issuing the goods for repair.
Warranty Policy
- Applies to products purchased from Baginnov.
- No warranty on Local, Imported or Chinese products.
- Warranty will be as per the terms of all Brands specified on warranty card.
- Warranty Card & Invoice is mandatory for getting free replacement/repairing from Brands.
- Policy covers any defect in product under normal use during the warranty period.
- Warranty does not cover :
1. Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
2. Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
3. Damage caused by natural disaster, theft or loss of the product.
